15/2022 Change in the date of publication of the individual annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2021

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. („the Company”) with reference to the current report No. 2/2022 of January 11, 2022, informs that the date of publication of the individual annual report and the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2021, originally planned for March 31, 2022, has been postponed as of April 29, 2022.

The remaining dates of publication of periodic reports remain unchanged:
– periodic report for the I quarter of 2022 – May 24, 2022;
– periodic report for the III quarter of 2022 – November 24, 2022;
– periodic report for the I half of 2022 – September 14, 2022.

Legal basis:
§ 80 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
