13/2024 – Information on the Appointment of the President

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, “Issuer”) informs that on April 18, 2024, following the completion of the qualification procedure for the position of President of the Management Board of the Company, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 10 sec. 2 and 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski to the Management Board and entrusting him with the position of President of the Management Board of the Company, effective April 30, 2024.

According to the statement made by the appointed President of the Management Board, as of the date of appointment, i.e., April 30, 2024:

• He does not engage in any activities outside the Issuer’s enterprise that would be competitive to the Issuer.
• He is not a partner in any competitive civil, partnership, or capital company.
• He does not participate in any competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.
• He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
• He is not listed in the National Register of Debtors maintained under the National Register of Debtors Act.

Attached to this current report, the Company provides information about the education, qualifications, and previously held positions of the newly appointed President of the Management Board, along with a description of his professional career.
