12/2024 – Change of Publication Date for the Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs, in reference to current report No. 2/2024 dated January 15, 2024, that the publication date for the standalone annual report (RR) and the consolidated annual report (SRR) for the financial year 2023, originally scheduled for April 12, 2024, has been postponed to April 18, 2024.

Legal Basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)
