1/2023 – Dates for the Publication of Periodic Reports in 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports for 2023:

1. Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) for the fiscal year 2022 – April 6, 2023
   Individual Annual Report (IAR) for the fiscal year 2022 – April 6, 2023
2. Consolidated Quarterly Reports (QCR) containing abbreviated individual financial information:
   • Report for Q1 2023 – May 24, 2023
   • Report for Q3 2023 – November 22, 2023
3. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2023 (SAR) containing the semi-annual abbreviated financial statements – September 27, 2023

Additionally, in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757) (hereinafter: the Regulation), the Company informs that the consolidated reports for Q1 and Q3 2023 will contain the quarterly financial information, and the consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2023 will contain the abbreviated semi-annual financial statements along with the auditor’s review report. Therefore, the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports or a separate individual semi-annual report. The annual report will be prepared and made public in both individual and consolidated forms.

In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2022 or the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2023.
