Trakcja PRKiI with a Package of Energy Contracts
For two years the Company has been successfully implementing a revenue diversification strategy. Since the beginning of the year, the Company has already won seven energy contracts with a total value of more than PLN 20 million.
Last year Trakcja PRKiI began expanding into the road market in Poland, winning 13 contracts with a total value of almost PLN 650 million net (including consortium partners). At the same time, it is also developing its activity in the power engineering sector – since the beginning of 2016, 6 contracts for tasks of this type have already been signed. They are handled by a new, professional unit based in Lublin, equipped with a range of specialist vehicles and equipment.
Trakcja PRKiI is currently carrying out the following energy contracts:
- the power supply system of the Łódź Widzew stadium, including a transformer station, for PLN 4.4 million net,
- works as part of the construction of the grid management centre for Tauron in Wrocław for PLN 2.8 million,
- lighting and monitoring of the grounds and related construction works for the ŁKS Łódź football club for PLN 0.5 million,
- construction of a 110 kV line on the Mątki Jaroty – Olsztynek section for PLN 1.8 million as a subcontractor within the construction of the Olsztyn bypass,
- power supply for the Grid Management Centre building for Tauron 1.3 million,
- reconstruction of a double-circuit 110 kV overhead line on the Nadarzyn Ursus Miasto – Piaseczno section for PGE Dystrybucja, PLN 6.95 million net, as part of the reconstruction of the S8 route.
In addition, Trakcja PRKiI submitted the lowest-price bid in the tender procedure for the construction of a 110 kV line for PGE Dystrybucja on the Mielec – Smoczka – Połaniec section, worth PLN 3.9 million net.
In recent days, the installation of electrical and telecommunications systems in the pulmonary diseases ward of the hospital in Konin was completed, for more than PLN 0.4 million. Last year, within the power engineering sector, the Company carried out, among other things, the construction of two 110 kV transmission lines on the Chorzele – Przasnysz and Przemyśl – Radymno sections for a total of more than PLN 26 million net.
