Trakcja PRKiI with a Railway Contract in the Bydgoszcz Area

Trakcja PRKiI has signed a contract for the design and comprehensive modernisation of railway line no. 201 on the Nowa Wieś Wielka – Maksymilianowo section, almost 33 km long. The works, worth almost PLN 60 million, will include, among others, the replacement of the track structure and trackbed and of turnouts, the reconstruction of the overhead contact line, and the revitalisation of one culvert and two viaducts. In addition, numerous demolition works will be carried out.

The deadline for completing the task falls at the end of October 2018.

This is yet another Trakcja PRKiI contract on this railway route under the project to unblock the main freight export routes from Upper Silesia.
