Construction has been completed of a modern townhouse estate in the Targówek district of Warsaw, for which PRK 7 Nieruchomości, a Trakcja Group company, was the general contractor. The first stage of the Oliwska Nova estate, consisting of 45 townhouse units, is currently the only development of its kind in this part of the city.
The Oliwska Nova residential development was built in the area of Wysockiego, Budowlana and Oliwska streets in Warsaw’s Targówek district, just 3 minutes from the tram, bus and rail stops at Warszawa Praga. The estate consists of units with floor areas of 154, 175 and 214 m2. Each three-storey house of modern architecture is equipped with a one- or two-space garage, a garden and an additional above-ground parking space within the estate.
