Management Board – Appointment of New Members

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 19 September 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution appointing:

• Ms Marita Szustak to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, with effect from 19 September 2012.
• Mr Rodrigo Pomar López to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, with effect from 19 September 2012.
• Mr Nerijus Eidukevičius to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, with effect from 19 September 2012.
