Trakcja PRKiI S.A. Expands Its Management Board

On 9 June this year, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. appointed to the Company’s Management Board:

Jarosław Tomaszewski to the position of President of the Management Board, General Director. Jarosław Tomaszewski is a graduate in economics and production organisation from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź, and has completed numerous training courses in finance and management in Poland and abroad. He has worked at Trakcja PRKiI S.A. since November 2013 as Vice-President, CFO, and since 19 February this year had been acting as President of the Management Board. He has almost 30 years of experience as a manager and financier. For nearly 20 years he served on the management boards of companies such as ABB and Elektrobudowa, and also sat on the supervisory boards of numerous entities in the manufacturing industry. During his time in office, Trakcja PRKiI S.A. achieved some of the best financial results in its history while significantly reducing its debt.

Paweł Nogalski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, CFO. Paweł Nogalski is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. He has worked at Trakcja PRKiI S.A. since 2004, initially as a financial analyst, then financial controller, head of the controlling department, director of operational controlling, and since October 2012 he was deputy CFO of the Company, while also managing the controlling department of Trakcja Group. From June to November 2013 he acted as CFO. In the years 2001-2004 he worked for Aarsleff Polska and Shell Polska as a financial and business analyst. During his time at Trakcja PRKiI S.A. he was responsible, among other things, for preparing the issue prospectus ahead of the debut of Trakcja S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) in April 2008, and for the Due Diligence preceding the acquisition of the Lithuanian Tiltra Group in 2011.

Marek Kacprzak to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, Director of Marketing and Production Preparation.  Marek Kacprzak is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) in Warsaw, and of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology in the field of design and modernisation of railway lines. He obtained a number of construction licences, among others in the field of installation and structural-construction works. In the years 1998-2009 he worked at PRK 7 S.A. (part of Trakcja Group since 2008) as works manager, site manager and contract manager. Since 2009 at Trakcja PRKiI S.A., as contract director, he has been responsible, among others, for the modernisation of the Łódź Widzew station and the construction of the technical base for the Łódź Agglomeration Railway.

Sławomir Raczyński to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, Director of Production. Sławomir Raczyński is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil and Water Engineering of the Wrocław University of Technology. He obtained a number of construction licences in the construction of railway lines, junctions and stations, as well as structural-construction and road licences. For more than 20 years he has specialised in the implementation of complex infrastructure projects, mainly railway and tram projects. Since 1995 he worked as a construction engineer, works manager and site manager at PRKiI Wrocław S.A. (part of Trakcja Group since 2005). In the years 2009-2013 he was deputy director of the Track Works Plant, and subsequently, until March 2015, contract director. Since April 2015 he has been Director of Production at Trakcja PRKiI S.A.  

Nerijus Eidukevičius remains a member of the Company’s Management Board in his existing position as Vice-President of the Management Board, Director for Baltic Markets.
