Road Reconstruction in Niwy near Bydgoszcz

Trakcja PRKiI is starting another road project this year. For more than PLN 2.5 million gross, ul. Krakowska in Niwy and Jarużyn in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship will be rebuilt.

The street runs through two of the larger towns in the Bydgoszcz agglomeration and connects directly to national road no. 5. The asphalt surface of the street is currently 3 m wide, and after the works are completed it will increase to 6 m. A bituminous cycle path will also be built along the street. Before starting the road works, the contractor will remove conflicts with power and telecommunications utilities. 

The works, which will be carried out on a section of approx. 1.5 km, are scheduled to begin on 16 May this year and to be completed by mid-September this year.
