New School in Ząbki near Warsaw

The construction of the new educational facility is the next stage in the development of the Company’s activities in the building construction sector.

In a consortium with its subsidiary PRK 7 Nieruchomości (Leader), Trakcja PRKiI will build a primary school with infrastructure in an area in Ząbki near Warsaw.

The task provides for the construction of a three-storey school with a sports hall and a kindergarten integrated into the school building, as well as a utility shelter. A cycle path, pavements and additional parking spaces will be built. The works will also include the construction of two underground retention tanks and the necessary technical infrastructure within the plot.

The project, worth more than PLN 43 million, will be completed by 31 August 2020.
