8/2014 – Information on Deletion from Commercial Register of the Issuer’s Subsidiary, i.e. Producent Kostki Brukowej i Galanterii Betonowej Brux Sp. z o.o. under liquidation in Białystok

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 17 March 2014, the Issuer has received the decision issued by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on 6 March 2014 regarding the deletion from the commercial register for the National Court Register of the Issuer’s subsidiary operating under the name of Producent Kostki Brukowej i Galanterii Betonowej Brux Sp. z o.o. under liquidation in Białystok, KRS 0000195201 (hereinafter the “Company”).

The Company was deleted from the aforementioned register due to the termination of the liquidation proceedings, the instigation of which the Issuer announced in Current Report No. 75/2012 of 21 December 2012. The Company’s liquidation was completed through the repayment of its amounts due and liabilities, the preparation of its financial statements as of 13 February 2014 and the approval of the liquidation report.
