68/2019 – Significant package of shares

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs that the Company received a notification sent pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 1 and art. 69a paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies – from Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. („ARP”), that since now the share of ARP in the total number of votes in the Company increased above of 5% of the total number of votes.
