Announcement on the Selection of an Auditor
The Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. invites written offers for the audit and review of the financial statements of Trakcja S.A., the Trakcja Group and selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the years 2021-2022.
The subject of the order is a review of the standalone semi-annual financial statements of Trakcja S.A. and selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the first half of 2021 and 2022, as well as the consolidated semi-annual financial statements of the Trakcja Group for the first half of 2021 and 2022, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards, together with the preparation of review reports, and an audit of the standalone annual financial statements of Trakcja S.A. for the 2021 and 2022 financial years, the standalone and consolidated annual financial statements of selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the 2021 and 2022 financial years, as well as the consolidated annual financial statements of the Trakcja Group for the 2021 and 2022 financial years, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards, together with the preparation of audit reports.
Offers in electronic form should be submitted by 20 April 2021 (by the end of the day) to the e-mail address: audyt@grupatrakcja.com.
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered (the date of receipt is decisive).
