17/2023 – Information on the Conclusion of a Significant Contract by Trakcja S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company,” the “Issuer”) informs that today it has concluded a contract with the following parties: the Company as the contractor, and the City of Radom and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. collectively as the Ordering Party, for the execution of works within the project “Reconstruction of the viaduct on Żeromskiego Street in Radom over the PKP tracks along with accompanying infrastructure” (the “Contract”). The conclusion of this Contract follows the selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous bid in an unrestricted tender.

The net value of the concluded Contract is PLN 145,372,394.94. The work is to be completed within 24 months from the date of the Contract, with the condition that the viaduct towards the airport (southern side) will be made available for use within 18 months from the date of the Contract to allow temporary two-way traffic, and with the condition that the SMS-PW-17 procedure for the railway part of the investment task will be completed within 36 months.

The Contract will be partially financed from the Ordering Party’s own funds and partially from the Government Fund Polski Ład.

The remaining conditions of the Contract are in line with those commonly applied to such contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to publish this information as the execution of the aforementioned investment task constitutes a significant part of the orders portfolio undertaken by the Company and impacts the maintenance of current revenues and the increase of future revenues and results of the Company.
