30/2023 – Information on the Dismissal of a Management Board Member

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) informs that on July 5, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting under § 10 sec. 2 of the Company’s Statute and Article 368 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code, passed a resolution dismissing Mr. Piotr Mechecki from the Management Board and from the position of Management Board Member of the Company.

Legal Basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state
