A consortium of companies from Trakcja Group – PRK7 Nieruchomości and Trakcja S.A. – has completed the construction of the School and Educational Centre (Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy) in Pruszków. The ceremony marking the opening of the facilities took place on 19 March 2024.
The centre was built in two stages. The first to be completed was a new three-storey teaching building with kitchen facilities, a canteen, a common room and a fully equipped sports hall.
In the second stage, the old school was demolished and an additional wing was added, which complemented and expanded the function of the building from the first stage.
The task also included associated infrastructure. New pavements, access roads and a car park for approx. 80 parking spaces were built. Around the complex, a playground, a sports field and facilities for hippotherapy and canine therapy were created.
Construction of the centre began in 2020 and was originally worth approximately PLN 35 million net; in the end, the contract value came to nearly PLN 58 million.
The new centre will be used by 150 pupils. We congratulate the teams involved in the project, and we wish the pupils and teaching staff that the new educational facility becomes a special place for developing skills, support and creating the future
