14/2024 – Changes in the Supervisory Board Composition

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on April 23, 2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions that:

1. Dismissed the following members of the Supervisory Board:
   • Krzysztof Tenerowicz
   • Łukasz Smółka The above members of the Supervisory Board were dismissed effective April 23, 2024.
2. Appointed the following new members to the Supervisory Board:
   • Wojciech Robert Szczepanik
   • Artur Jan Bagieński The above new members of the Supervisory Board were appointed effective April 24, 2024.

According to the statements made by the members of the Supervisory Board, none of the members:

• Engages in any activities outside the Company’s enterprise that would be competitive to the Company,
• Is a partner in any competitive civil or partnership company,
• Is a partner or shareholder in any competitive capital company,
• Participates in any competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body,
• Is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act,
• Is listed in the National Register of Debtors maintained under the National Register of Debtors Act.

Attached to this current report, the Company provides information regarding the education, qualifications, and previously held positions of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board, along with a description of their professional career.

Legal Basis: § 5 points 4 and 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states.
