The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw (the “Company”) provides, in attachment no. 1 to this report, a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on April 23, 2024, in Warsaw.

Legal Basis: Article 70 point 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
