49/2019 – Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company – significant shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw (the ‘Company’) provides in Annex 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the resumed Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on September 27, 2019 in Warsaw.

Legal basis:

Article 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
