30/2022 – Opinion of the Supervisory Board as regards the distribution of profit for 2021

Further to Current Report no. 28/2022, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) hereby informs that the Supervisory Board has delivered today a favourable opinion as to the Management Board’s recommendation that the Company’s net profit for 2021 in the amount of PLN 3,854,534.70 be fully earmarked for reserve capital.

The Company hereby informs that the decision as to the earmarking of the net profit for 2021 shall be taken by the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Trakcja S.A.
