23/2020 – Ordinary General Meeting – Significant shareholders

The Management Board of PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw (”Company”) presents in Appendix 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of voting rights at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 30 June 2020 in Warsaw.

Article 70.3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1382).
