15/2023 – Preliminary Estimated Financial Results of Trakcja S.A. for Q1 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company,” the “Issuer”) informs that the preliminary closing of the accounting books and the gathering of financial data for the consolidated report for the 3-month period ended March 31, 2023, has been completed. In connection with this and referring to current report No. 12/2023, the Company discloses the following preliminary estimated financial results for Q1 2023:

• Revenue: PLN 176,055 thousand
• Gross Profit from Sales: PLN -2,255 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN -4,538 thousand
• Gross Profit: PLN -17,673 thousand

Preliminary estimates of the Group’s financial results will be disclosed after the completion of data collection and preliminary closing of accounting books.

The final financial results for the Company and the Group will be provided in the consolidated report for Q1 2023, ended March 31, 2023, which, according to the scheduled periodic reporting calendar, will be published on May 24, 2023.
