39/2011 - Information on the objections reported in the minutes at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Trakcja Polska S.A. on 15 June 2011

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 June 2011 two objections to the Resolution No. 3 on amendment to the Articles of Association were reported in the minutes.

Legal basis:§ 38 paragraph1, point 9of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No 33 item  259 as amended).
