102/2013 - Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders – Material shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“the Company”) provides in appendix no. 1 hereto a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 November 2013 in Warsaw.

Legal basis: Article 70 paragraph 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended).
