89/2022 - Information on the conclusion of a material contract by the subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer") informs that today a contract was signed by the Issuer's subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai, based in Lithuania (the "Contractor") and the Lithuanian Road Administration, based in Lithuania (the "Contracting Entity") for the performance of construction works on the motorway section, under the project entitled "Reconstruction of the A5 Kaunas-Mariampol-Suwałki section from km 79.00 to km 85.00" (the "Contract").

The total net value of the concluded Contract amounts to EUR 55,095,500.36 (PLN 258,386,877.59) and the net conditional amount for additional works provided for in this Contract is up to 10% of its value, i.e. up to EUR 5,509,550.04 (PLN 25,838,687.76). The works are to be completed within 10 months as from the date of entry into force of the  Contract, i.e. after the Contract has been signed by both parties, the Contractor has provided a performance bond and the Contracting Entity has submitted a building permit.

The other terms of the Contract are similar to those commonly applied  in contracts of this kind.

The Management Board of the Issuer has decided to publish this information, because the implementation of the aforementioned contract constitutes a significant share in the order book of Trakcja Group and the Issuer's subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai and has an impact on maintaining the current and increasing future revenues and results of Trakcja Group and AB Kauno Tiltai.
