86/2022 - Disbursement of the ARP loan

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that the conditions precedent for the disbursement of the loan granted to the Company by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. [Industrial Development Agency] in the total amount of PLN 50,000,000.00 (the “Loan”), as indicated in the Financial Documents (as defined in Current Report no. 75/2002). Accordingly, the loan funds were received in the Company's bank account on 17 November 2022.

The terms of the Loan are the same as the existing syndicated financing, as the Company has informed in Current Report no. 38/2022. The Company advised in Current Report no. 75/2002as to the signing of the Financing Documents, on the basis of which the loan had been granted.
