67/2019 - Significant package of shares

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that on November 6, 2019, the Company received a notification sent pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 1 and art. 69a paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies - from PZU SA Pension Society acting on behalf of the PZU Open Pension Fund "Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU), that since now the share of OFE PZU in the total number of votes in the Company lowered below of 10% of the total number of votes.
