37/2013 – Information on resignation of Mr. Alvydas Banys as a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. 15 April 2013, it was informed that on 15 April 2013 Mr. Alvydas Banys filed his resignation from the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the Company effective as of 1 May 2013 on personal grounds. Mr. Alvydas Banys is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
