14/2023 – Notification pursuant to Article 19(1) of MAR Regulation

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company,” the “Issuer”) informs that the Company has received notifications today pursuant to Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 (the “MAR Regulation”), submitted by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (“ARP”) as a person closely associated with Jakub Lechowicz – a member of the Company’s Management Board. The notifications concern:

• The sale by ARP of 28,399,145 shares of the Company on April 19, 2023;
• The sale by ARP of 4,514,405 series G bonds of the Company on April 18, 2023.
