Information on entering into an agreement within the PLK Capital Group

On 21 June 2023, Trakcja S.A. signed an annex to join the agreement operating between the companies belonging to the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe Capital Group.

The agreement regulates the terms and conditions under which establishments which are separate organisational units of the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Capital Group may award contracts for works and construction services relating to superstructure and substructure and maintenance services to Group companies. Under the agreement, the units may award contracts to the parties to the agreement, including Trakcja S.A., by means of a closed request for proposal or negotiations without tender. As part of the agreement, a range and uniform unit prices were agreed for the procurement of works and services covered by the agreement.  

The signed agreement is another step that Trakcja Management Board has taken in order to regulate cooperation within the PLK Capital Group and acquire a portfolio of new orders for implementation.
