28/2022 – Recommendation of the Management Board as regards the distribution of profit for 2021

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs of its today’s regarding the recommendation for the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders that the Company’s net profit for 2021 in the amount of PLN 3,854,534.70 be fully earmarked for reserve capital.
The Company hereby informs that the Management Board will be requesting the Company’s Supervisory Board to deliver an assessment of the adopted recommendation. The final decision as to the earmarking of the net profit for 2021 shall be taken by the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Trakcja S.A.
