5/2024 – Preliminary Estimated Financial Results of Trakcja S.A. for the 12 Months of 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company,” the “Issuer”) informs that today the process of preliminary closing of the accounting books and the collection of financial data for the purpose of the Company’s individual financial statements for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2023, has been completed. In connection with this and with reference to current report No. 3/2024, the Company discloses to the public:

• Preliminary estimated financial results of the Company for the 12 months of 2023:

• Sales revenue: PLN 1,053,624 thousand
• Gross profit on sales: PLN 93,443 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN 88,035 thousand
• Gross profit: PLN 35,053 thousand

The above preliminary estimates of financial results have not been audited by a certified auditor.

Furthermore, these estimates do not take into account impairment tests of assets or updates to asset values. Specifically, the Company has not yet conducted, as of the date of publication of this report, impairment tests on investments in subsidiaries, and therefore, potential write-downs adjusting the value of investments have not been included in the presented estimated results of the Company. Significant factors that may impact the valuation estimates of investments, and therefore the results of impairment tests, include the profitability of the construction contracts being executed and the adopted level of the discount rate (the adopted level of EBITDA and WACC, which depends, among other factors, on the market interest rates as of December 31, 2023).

The final financial results of the Company will be disclosed in the individual annual report for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2023, which, according to the adopted schedule for the publication of periodic reports, will be published on April 12, 2024.
