“Deciding to do an internship at Trakcja, I moved from Wrocław to Warsaw. This isn’t standard, but the company supported me in finding an apartment, and the entire internship organization process was very efficient. During the internship program, I familiarized myself with various tasks within the Technical Base unit, Overhead Line unit, and the Energy team. Part of the internship involved compiling as-built documentation, during which I learned a great deal. A very positive surprise during the internship was the significant support and help I received from the team. There is no atmosphere of competition here; everyone cooperates and provides the necessary information. By participating in the internship, I had the opportunity to see that by linking my future with Trakcja, I could become one of the few specialists in overhead lines. The railway industry is larger, but it’s still hard to find a good overhead line specialist. I recommend Trakcja to students and graduates currently choosing a place for their internships due to the opportunity to gain expert knowledge – here, you can start your career well and become a sought-after specialist in the job market.”
