Company announcement

In response to an article by Tomasz Bartos, which was published on the lowiczanin.info website, in particular in view of the false information contained therein, including quotation from the author’s phone conversations with a press officer of Trakcja S.A. referring to the alleged suspension of all work being carried out by the Company, Trakcja S.A. has requested the Editor-in-Chief of the website in question to correct the inaccurate information.  

We would also like to reiterate that the information provided by the editors of the website in question concerning the suspension of all work due to the transaction involving Trakcja shares is not substantiated by any facts.
