New composition of the Trakcja Management Board
On 11 March 2022 the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. appointed Mr. Jakub Lechowicz as the President of the Company’s Management Board and CEO. The following have also been appointed to serve as members of the Management Board: Mr. Piotr Mechecki , Vice-President of the Management Board and Key Accounts Director, and Mr. Jacek Gdański, Vice-President of the Management Board and Internal Audit Director. The following incumbents shall continue serving on the Management Board: Paweł Nogalski, Vice-President of the Management Board and CFO, and Arkadiusz Arciszewski, Vice-President of the Management Board and Technical Director.
During the course of this very meeting, the following have been relieved of their posts: Marcin Lewandowski, the to-date President of Trakcja’s Management Board, and Aldas Rusevičius and Adam Stolarz.
