2/2021 - Publication dates for periodic reports in 2021
The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (”Company”) hereby announces the following dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021:
- Consolidated Annual Report (RS) for financial year 2020 - on 15 April 2021
Annual Report (R) for financial year 2020 - on 15 April 2021
- Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) containing condensed standalone financial information:
- report for 1st quarter 2021 - on 26 May 2021
- report for 3rd quarter 2021 - on 24 November 2021
- Consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2021 (PSr) containing the interim condensed financial statements – on 15 September 2021.
Simultaneously, pursuant to Article 62.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereafter: Regulation), the Company informs that in the consolidated reports for the 1st and 3rd quarter of 2021 will include quarterly financial information and the consolidated report for the 1st half of 2021 will contain a condensed half-year financial statements, along with the report of the audit company. The annual report will be prepared and made public both in the unconsolidated and consolidated form.
Pursuant to Article 79.1 of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2020 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2021.
